This project had to accommodate 2 labradors, a rabbit and a hamster! Grass was required but in such a way that the dogs would be discouraged from using it and the rest of the garden hard landscaped so they could use it. Other requests were the patio, water feature and pretty planting.

NB. The area of topsoil removed for the patio foundations, and shingle area, was calculated to be what was required to make the raised grass area.

The Wizard savings on costs was £117

The small lawn, edged with sleepers, is up 8" from the patio/shingle area. The clients were confident their dogs could be trained not to use it.

Open water was not required for the water feature so we suggested a raised 'tank' as per the design. The top edge could be used for occasional seating.
